Street food markets are my favourite way to experience the local food culture in Asia, plus they’re dirt cheap! The smells are strong; delicious satay mixed with potent raw fish. There’s always a huge choice of mouth-watering food and it’s cooked in front of you. They are usually hot and sweaty and full of loud noises and excited people. But it’s not only Bangkok that offer some epic food, Vegan Bangkok is awesome but so is Indonesia. Here are some of my favourite photos from food markets around Indonesia.
